December 2, 2023: On 12/1 at 1651hrs we were dispatched to a reported pole fire on Cheryl Lane. C3 (Chief Van Auken), L22  (FF H Matthes) responded. C3 arrived and confirmed active pole fire from a blown transformer. A request went out a second engine and E13 (Lt Hess) responded along with a request for Fayetteville L20.
