The Festival of Lights in Baldwinsville, NY, took place November 30, 2024, marking the 10th anniversary of this cherished holiday event. The evening began at 5:30 p.m. with the Parade of Lights, featuring over 165 illuminated vehicles and floats that traveled from Smokey Hollow Plaza to Water Street. The Minoa Fire Department drove its Ladder Truck festooned with lights in the parade.

Santa Claus led the festivities, lighting the village tree and signaling the start of a fireworks display.

Attendees enjoyed hot chocolate from local vendors and had the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus after the parade. A mailbox for letters to Santa was also a highlight. The event wrapped up with live music from the Baldwinsville Community Band at an afterparty at the Baldwinsville Library.
